These terms apply when you use this site, and when you buy the αλλο Lab or the Journey. They're written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us at support@alloresearch.app.
Who we are
άλλο research is the trading name of Alessandro Biancofiore, the Netherlands. Email: support@alloresearch.app.
Education, not advice
Everything we make, free or paid, is education and research. Nothing on this site or in our products is investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a licensed investment adviser, and we don't know your situation.
Backtest results are hypothetical. They include assumed costs and do not predict future results. A strategy that passes every check can still lose money. Trading futures, forex and crypto carries a real risk of losing more than you can afford. What you trade, and how, is your decision and your responsibility.
Your account
When you buy, you get a login: your email address and a personal access code. Your login is for you alone. Please don't share it. If someone else wants access, they need their own membership.
Lost your code? Use “Forgot your code?” on the login page and we email you a new one.
We may end an account that is shared or used to harm the site or other members. If we do, we refund the part of your payment you can no longer use.
Buying
Payments are taken by Whop, which runs our checkout. Whop's own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the full amount, including any VAT, before you pay. What you get is what the product page described when you bought it.
The αλλο Lab
A monthly membership. It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.
The Journey
Monthly: a new week opens every week, counted from the day you join. It renews every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Pay once: one payment gives you the whole Journey, including weeks we add later, for as long as we run the Journey.
Both include 3 months of the αλλο Lab, counted from the day you first pay. With the monthly Journey, the included Lab ends early if you cancel the Journey. After the 3 months you can keep the Lab with its own membership if you want it.
14-day refund
If you're not happy, you get your money back. Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a product, for any reason, by writing to support@alloresearch.app or through your Whop account. We refund the full amount and your access ends.
This covers the first payment for each product. Later monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time so the next one isn't charged. This promise comes on top of your rights under the law, never instead of them.
What you can do with our material
The videos, texts, notebooks, data files and the Lab are ours or licensed to us. Your membership lets you use them for your own learning and research. You may use code from the notebooks in your own trading and research.
Please don't share, resell or publish our material, or our data files, and don't copy the Lab to make another product. Your own ideas, rules, code and results are yours.
Changes to what we offer
We keep improving the Lab and the Journey, so features and lessons change over time. If a change takes away something important you paid for, you can cancel and we refund the unused part.
If we ever stop the Lab or the Journey, we tell members by email at least 3 months before. Monthly payments stop when it ends.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to get things right, but the site, the Lab and our material may contain mistakes, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We are not responsible for trading decisions you make, or for losses from trading.
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits what the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as your rights as a consumer, or damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence.
Complaints
Write to support@alloresearch.app. We answer within 14 days.
Law
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection its consumer law gives you, and you can go to the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. If a change affects members, we tell them by email at least 30 days before it applies to them. Your privacy is covered on its own page, and so are cookies.
